Booking events in the Park

If you wish to run an event in the park this can be booked via Downer EDI Works on behalf of the Contact the council for details. There are some general principals for bookings:

• It is preffered that events are limited to one per fortnight in summer and one every 3 weeks in winter. Some flexiblity is allowed for low impact events like running or related events. This allwows the trails some time to recover as well as preserving times for casual users of the park.
• The organiser is responsible for placing signage at park entrances 7 days before the event. This allow all users of the park to be aware of the event and when it 's happening. If you also contact us we may will be able to advertise the event on our Facebook page or assit you with your regquirements.
• Donations towards the maintenance and development of the park would be welcome. This could be in to form of either time or money. Jobs can include trail building, maintenance or plating. Contact our President or Secretary to discuss.
